The Bible presents the story of a young prophet, whom God says you must marry. Not with the woman of his dreams, but a whore. This is the story of Hosea and Gomer. Woman as the sacred text has "children of fornication," ie, only the surname of Hosea. But not only that. The woman, after a while, he went after her lovers . Hosea, at the time, was authorized to give a letter of divorce to women, which made him legally single, therefore, could remarry. But the prophet receives a command from God. A passage from Hosea 2:19,20 we can define the relationship God has with us, His Church. The first thing to say is that it is a relationship of trust . Human beings, often lie and we break our word. God does not make any of these things. God is faithful to his promises, purpose and people. And the best part is that it is perpetual. So Paul can sing with fervent faith "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord " (Romans 8:38,39). That love brings mercy, ie, gives more than what you deserve. Have you noticed that when men punish the majority of cases are motivated by anger or annoyance. Love of God confronts us with another kind of relationship.
